BORN ON 07/08/22 on label. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.

A: Clear light amber with 2-finger frothy off-white head with good retention and persistent lacing.

S: Aroma is musky dank and herbal up front but more grapefruit and orange citrus come through as it warms. medium caramel malt aromas are pleasant but foreshadow the upcoming flavor is going to be caramel heavy. No esters or alcohol notes in the aroma.

F: The flavor is old-school DIPA with generous medium caramel malt notes that mask the solid hopping. Hippiness is mostly honeysuckle, orange, grapefruit, and marijuana. Clean without esters and alcohol well hidden. Bitterness is medium.

M: Feel.suffers by today's standards due to the caramel malt detracting from the dryness and giving too much sweetness that bogs down the feel. Carbonation isow-mediun but could be increased to improve drinkability if they plan to continue to follow this old-school approach.

O: A lot of potential but comes off as tasting and smelling like a bigger but heavier version of BM Full Nelson. Needs less sweetness and more dryness for the style.

Pours dark orange/golden clea with a thin pinky white head. Aroma- really bursts with fresh tropical hoppy flavors. Grapefruit, orange,a little flowery. Taste- grapefruit, a little piney. Fairly bitter. Mouthfeel is a little pillowy and syrupy. Somewhat heavy feeling. Overall- smells great, tastes okay, and not quite refreshing enough feeling.

Deep yellow in color with good head and foamy and clingy lacing. Aroma is skunky in a great way!. Taste is full of bitter, citrus hops and is bold and dank. Mouth feel is good and the whole process maintains the great hop bitterness and citrus notes. Well Done !!!

Pours into a nonic a clear brass color with a thinner but sticky white head atop.Big overripe citrus fruits in the nose with a slight zing of alcohol, underlying resin notes as well.Quite sweet and sugary on the palate with big fruity citric element, quite resiny as well with more alcohol induced sweetness in the back end. It's big malty sweet with a hefty hop profile wich is par for the course for the style, pretty good.

Fairly pale, straw yellow at the edges with a golden blush in the middle. Initial 4 finger head. 2 1/2 fingers and chunky by the time I fit all the beer into the glass. Good carbonation. Great lacing.

The aroma is very hop forward as one might guess. Citric and tropical fruit including mango, pineapple and lemon. Some over ripe citrus, citrus peel, and a bit of spice.

Sweet caramel malt early on with moderate citrus peel and tropical fruit.

Medium full in body. Rather slick yet lightly crisp. Good coating and retention.

The aroma blew me away on this one. The taste is more subdued, but it just goes on and on. Great fee;/ A really well balanced beer. The best one I've had in awhile.
