Poured a cloudy yellow body with good head and lace. The aroma was mostly a peppery and spicy smell with hints of tropical fruits. Sharp, slightly cutting and offputting at times, not a bad beer with decent balance but the tropical fruit sweetness and malt base which gives beer a medium body is overpowered by a funky spiciness.

On tap:
Enjoyable with a pear/apple typical Belgian yeast fruitiness, but a tad heavier than I'd like.

Poured on tap in a snifter, the beer is a slightly hazed, straw gold coloring, with a thin, filmy, clingy, white head. Aromas of cut grass, oregano, basil, peach, mango, and a buttery backbone. Flavors are herbal and spiced forward, heavy on dried grass, basil, oregano, and also solid bread and butter notes in the backbone. Solid boozy kick, too. Slick, smooth bodied, with an herbal aftertaste. Smooth, slick finish. Solid beer.
