Dark Hollow that has been racked from bourbon barrels into cognac barrels on top of tart cherry and sweet cherry puree, Ecuadorian cacoa nibs, and coffee beans from Bali that were roasted and ground by Nelson County Trager Brothers coffee.

Dark, chocolaty brown, tan leathery head, wonderful aroma... the bourbon hits you right away. This beer is 10% ABV and you notice that right away too. It's kinda think. This is a manly drink with some strength and depth. I don't smoke cigars but I could see the person who does drinking this. I would probably always have this as a one glass treat and no more. Originally tried this beer approx. December 2018.
