A: A pinkish brown in color with a large light tan head. And a good amount of chunks in there.
S: Big clove and banana, with a bit of bread in there as well.
T: Bread with caramel, and some real nice Belgian character. Banana and clove come through, with some nice nice, and champaign notes.
M: Medium light with tons of carbonation.
O: Pretty on point. nice Belgian character with some malt.

Pours a slightly hazy copper red color with a minimal off-white head that faded away rapidly, leaving no lacing. Smell is coriander, malt, and a little orange. Taste is coriander, orange, a little malt, slight bitterness, and a touch of fruit towards the end. Finish is clean, body is medium-light. Overall I think the coriander is a touch heavy and tends to drown out the other flavors.
