What a delightful IPA. I’m a fab of hazy, and this is a dry, refreshing choice. They call it “the kick back beer of choice” and I have to agree. If you like a fruity hazy, this may not be for you, but I’m enjoying just the right amount of hops. We’ll done Blue Mountain!

Served in tap in a pint glass. The cans are attractive. Blue Mountain has great graphic design for all their beers.
Appearance: Not very pretty, honestly. Very pale, slightly translucent yellow. Small head with decent lacing.
Smell: Much better. Pineapple, pine needles, potpourri. Slight hint of dankness. You can tell it's going to be plenty juicy.
Taste: And so it is! Sweet then quickly bitter, we get pineapple, mango, dandelion. Herbal in the finish, a touch of lemongrass. Slightly boozy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium carbonation. Thick and with some parting acidity.
Overall: A tasty, true-to-style hazy. Blue Mountain is good at making these quintessential brews - this is a perfect introduction to the style.
