This is a hybrid ale enjoyed at the brewery.
A: two finger head with nice lacing on a murky brown with golden hues body.
S: sweet caramel malts, fruity phenols, mostl pineapple and banana with toffee notes.
T: Belgian yeast interact with sweet caramel malta to produce a smokey and slightly sweet beer with a sharp earthy and slightly bitter hop finish.
M: medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall: very interesting and unique brew. This is a hybrid that although incorporates each of the parent styles' trademark notes, in the end seems unorganized and strange.
