Collab with New Seasons and uses Centennial fresh hops! Yes please. Pours a copper amber with a foamy off white head. Mild lacing. Nice blend of citrus, earth, and white pepper. Flavor follows with a hint of tang and a mild soapiness. Feel is balanced, good carbonation, and a little on the rich side. Overall, a well made beer, perhaps just a bit out of the classic style of a Saison, but very delicious. Suitable for almost any kind of beer lover. Cheers!
