On tap at HUB 2.19.10 poured into tulip glass, 15.8 OG, 16 IBU, 6.0%. ABV.
Clear golden body minimal head, no lacing, though constant flow of carbonation flowed from etched bottom of glass. Subtle nose, banana, clove, not overly so, no noticeable hops. The taste is clove first then banana, once again pretty balanced, not overwhelming on either count, no hops, a bit sweetish for style. Mouthfeel is light, dry finish, with good drinkability. Nice interpretation of style. I am constantly impressed by the versatility of Christian and Ben to brew 'outside the box' beers. Recommended.
