16 oz. pint purchased at the brewery, unknown brewing/kegging date, drank over 30 minutes
A: 3/3 -golden-yellow coloration; high clarity (can both see and read through) but not crystal clear; initially 1/2 finger head resolved into a subtle glass lacing; low-to-medium alcohol legs
S: 8/12 - mostly picking up yeast (lager-like) aroma; some grassy/earthy hops are more in the background; mild alcohol notes as well; no detectable flaws
T: 14/20 - on the front of the tongue, there's a gentle bitterness that gives way quickly to mostly malt and yeast notes - clean, bready/biscuity, grassy/floral; these flavors continue in the middle of the mouth; generally finishes dry
M: 4/5 - moderate body; moderate carbonation
O: 8/10 - decent APA that falls more on the malt and yeast side than I'm accustomed to these days for an APA; wish that there was even greater hop aroma/flavor than coming through; overall pleasant with high drinkability that would certainly appeal to any BMC drinker
TOTAL - 37/50
