growler into a pilsner glass
filled at the brewery yesterday
A: Very hazy golden copper with 1/2 fingers width of white head. Head dissipates down quickly and leaves effectively zero lacing.
S: Sweet toasted malt, spicy hops, floral, and a bit of wheat.
T: Crisp, with floral and spicy hops, balanced by malts and wheat. A bit biscuity, and some medicinal phenolics, and a bitterness to balance it all out.
M/D: Medium bodied, carbonation appropriate, drinkability is very good.
O: Really great example of a style thats generally rather blah. Well done again COAST.
