Picked up a 16 oz can from Kings Beer & Wine 12-18-19 for $2.99. Canned on 10-15-19; consumed 3-23-20.
Beer poured brown with a nice tan head that has some good hang time.
Nose is hoppy with a nice touch of vanilla and whiskey.
Taste is a nice sized malt base with a nice incorporation of citrus and pine. Whiskey elements of leather and vanilla are subtly in the background. Finishes well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth.
Overall a nice base beer meets a stave and produces a tasty brew at a very nice price point. Kudos to Santan!
