To quote the brewery's Web site, this is a "special pale ale recipe 'dry hopped' with dried hibiscus petals."
Very nice summer seasonal from SanTan. Lovely golden and pink color, with a sweet and flowery aroma. The taste is rewarding and refreshing, however somewhat mellow by APA standards. The hops are distinct but maintain a reserved presence. Enjoyable flavor is boosted by the addition of the hibiscus petals, which brings a unique floral finish. A Nice session brew for those long hot Arizona summer days. Very nicely done.
