Served on tap at the Bethlehem location, into a pint glass
A- pours a translucent shade of gold with a one finger, quick fading white head
S- the aroma is hugely citrus, not at all what I expected from a bitter, but it smells great
T- prevalent citrus taste with a slight finish of bitterness
M- thin, but I can live with it
O- really easy drinking beer. Seems more like an IPA than a bitter, though.
