The Town pours a pale lemony color with light foam. There’s a grassy cereal aroma to it, similar to what I’ve noticed on other Linden St. brews, reminiscent of toasted grits & freshly mowed grass. The flavor is lightly grassy, fizzy with a sweet corny finish. For their take on a pale yellow fizzy lager it’s a tasty one. I liked it.

Slightly hazy, light golden color with a soapy white head. Healthy lacing around the edges of the glass. Aromas of classic pilsner and lager with some light lemon notes. Full bodied mouthfeel, with some light carbonation for some crispness at the finish. Some notes of unripe banana. Corn sweetness emerges later.
