A: Pours a fairly hazy medium amber in color with light amounts of visible carbonation and some orange + light brown highlights. The beer has a finger tall foamy off-white head that reduces to a couple of medium sized thin patches and a very thin film covering the majority of the remainder of the surface of the beer along with a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of toasted malts with some slightly stronger aromas of tropical/apricot and citrus/orange hops. There are light amounts of yeast present as well as an underlying earthiness.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of toasted malts with some light hints of sweetness. There are light to moderate flavors of tropical/apricot hops and some light amounts of earthiness. There is a definitely presence of yeast but it is fairly light and combines well with the other flavors in the beer. Light amounts of bitterness that linger slightly.
M: Slightly lighter than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: Definitely an interesting beer and one that I do not know much about - I could find very limited information on the web about the beer as I was wondering if the fruits were just coming from the hops or whether they were added to the beer. I would be interested in trying this one again if I come across it.
