It is a Saison spiced in an original and traditional way (with fragrant verbena and pink pepper), as reported on the label.
So the Cardamom is not there, it refers to a funny episode.
On the nose immediately spices and hints of straw and freshly cut grass, typical of classic Belgian Saison. But other spices are also perceived.
Veiled boindo color and abundant and soft foam.
Light body, but not trivial. Lively and pleasant carbonation, not excessive.
In the mouth immediately herbaceous, spicy and slightly citrus notes. Pepper certainly stands out on the tongue.
Not floral, other spices prevail.
Clean and dry finish.
Easier to drink than to describe.
