Quickly dying head that leaves some streaky lace on the glass. Very cloudy with a yellow-straw color.
Not to be too esoteric, but this beer smells "green" to me. There's a strong yeast aroma along with a smell that I associate with soured beer--in short it smells like a brewery.
Highly carbonated with a thin body, it fits the body profile of the style, but it is still very spritzy compared to most beers. Slightly sour with a touch of raw, unmalted grain. Nearly no hop presence until the swallow where it shows up softly.
Blondes are difficult beers to make well and this one doesn't quite do it either.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
