A- Brown hue beer into a goblet. Small off white head with a fizzy texture. Low retention and just a few spots of lace.
S- Carrot cake. Nutty autumn spice and sweet dessert aroma. Cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted and nutty malts.
T- Really carrot cake here. Toasted nutty malts, caramel sweets, nutmeg, cinnamon, carrots/vegetable and some dark fruit raisin. Just a slight cocoa presence.
MF- Moderate carbonated lighter end body. Fizzy feel and a bittersweet finish.
Reminds me of a pretty good carrot cake. Nice dessert Fall feel.

Poured from a bomber into a tumbler pint, the beer is a hazy, cloudy, dark brown into black coloring with a thick, frothy, light, off-white foam that settles into a thick little film. Aromas of subtle, bittersweet chocolate, cake, roasting, and some creamy sweet highlights. Flavors are carrot and nutmeg/cinnamon spicing on the forward tongue, with a baked characteristic throughout. Solid, bittersweet chocolate backbone really gives you a carrot cake feel along the palate. Great beer for someone with a sweettooth. The aftertaste is roasty and spiced, with a creamy and carroty flavor throughout, leading to a quick, and surprisingly clean finish. Strong flavor profiles make this one to be enjoyed in limited quantities, although the body remains light enough to avoid overpowering.
