I should have cellared this for a bit to dry it out and allow the Brett to come forward.

Golden-bronze with an off-white head, bit of retention and lace.

Great aroma, lots of tropical fruit, with some leather and funk, hint of sweaty gym socks.

Flavours of fresh papaya and mango up front, a bit of brine and funk, light residual sweetness.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with some Brett notes and light oak notes are also noticeable. Taste is a nice mix of fruity ester with some deep Brett notes with funky barnyard notes with some light residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Really interesting to see how much impactful is the yeast strain.
