Poors a nice golden color with an orange hue, nice foam with some lacing. Smells is quite fruity with some passionfruit and mango notes, along with a clear resinous smell. It's weird to say, but I can smell a kind of burnt tartness. Something pleasantly acrid. The wild yeasts are quite present as well. The taste is quite tart, with notes of grapefruit, and the resinous quality of the hops is very present at the end of the sip. The hops are very aromatic and quite juicy. The bitterness is very floral and herbal. There is something I can't identify in this beer, but I would define it as some sweet corn on the bbq, but in a positive sense.
