This is a blend of several barrel aged beers mixed with a apple wort fermented with wild yeast, and some more wild yeasts were added. The look is a nice golden, somewhat cloudy, beverage, with decent foam and some lacing. The smell is very on the wild yeast side, but strong apple woody notes are coming through. The taste is somewhat acidic, with something that is very like an ice cider, but whitout the overwhelming sweetness. There are strong woody notes along with the barnyard/horseblanket taste typical to wild ales. It's a fairly good beer, but it tastes a bit too much like a cider to my taste.

Can: Poured a light copper with a medium size head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of apple with tart notes and light oak presence. Taste is also a nice mix of apple with tart notes, some oak and very little residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking beer with right amount of complexities.
