Opalescent yellow, quickly falling down foam.
Spicy smell, orange peel, lemon. A bit of brett.
In the taste the sourness and the lemon are the main thing. Again orange peel.
Spicy aftertaste, with a bit of grassy bitterness.
Definitely thirst quenching and fresh. Maybe a bit too sour, lemon sour, but still interesting.
(Had it on-tap before. It was less sour and a bit more balanced).
