Can: Poured a clear brown color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with some toffee with clearly distinguishable notes of rum and bourbon. Taste is a great mix of caramelized malt notes with some toffee, some rum and bourbon with the right amount of residual sugar notes with some light acidic notes also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Very well brewed and assembled with nice presence of barrel notes rounding off any harsh notes. Light acidic notes are not excessive.
