Cuvee Western
À La Fût
This Lambic-inspired beer is the fruit of a judicious blend of 3 musts pitched with strains of pure wild yeast aged in oak barrels from 6 months to 2 1/2 years. A nod to the original products that have evolved in the Senne Bruxelloise valley, this languid liquid with its yellow-orange reflections releases acidic and woody aromas. Let yourself be surprised by its pleasantly acetic side, the soft roundness of the oak, and the complexity of the wild yeasts of this precious hybrid between beer, wine and champagne.
