Collaboration with Microbrasserie Riverbend
In a series of collaborations, À la Fût had the immense pleasure of brewing this season with our friends from Riverbend to Alma. Inodulated with yeast Fruit Bomb Season Escarpment Labs, this brew aged in oak casks in the cellars of À la Fût and Riverbend for 5 months. A generous amount of cassis and a touch of Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean sea buckthorn were added to the beer in the final months of ripening. Discover the true nature of these lake fruits presented in a wonderful beer with a tangy profile. A true delight for the taste buds and for the eyes!
