I had a Double Blanche a couple nights ago, so this is a Triple Blanche. The bottle version is 8.0%. Color is a hazy pale yellow with a big pile of suds. Frothy and mouthfilling. Wheaty aroma with a touch of citrus. Warm and malty. Some spice but doesn't taste flavored.
The aftertaste is just nicely yeasty and not very bitter at all. This is a lush and very sippable brew with a spicy tang. It really is a massive Wit sort of beer, and better than I would have thought. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Expérience Bière in Montréal.
