Didn't age as well as I expected. It did mellow out however, but I preferred that initial intensity.
Acidity is right there where I like it. Obivous and pleasant brett aromas. Green apples and leather.
Will try again next year or so.

A really interesting funky brett smelling beer. It looks and tastes creamy. On tap at Vices et Versa. Apple fun blends in, this is not cidery as expected.
