Our Alligator Ale is a rich mahogany colored ale with a surprisingly smooth finish. This beer is perfectly balanced with flavors of dark malts and hops.

Served from the tap. The beer was way too cold and the glass was frozen so the taste was a little muted and not much stood out. There was a nice chocolate and roasted malt flavor that shown a light even through the frigid temeperatures of the beer. Nice body. Medium bodied and good carbonation as well. Cant say I was disappointed as I wasnt expecting much. Actually, I was a little surprised at the nice flavors of this one.
