Two hand pulled pints in the brewery tap (The Beacon Hotel) on 24th March 2012.
Amber to golden body: weak, thin white head that is almost just a collar as soon as it's poured. Wish it looked better.
The nose is hop dominated but not overly strong or deep, a mildly malty ester or two can also be detected as the beer warms.
Good blend of flavours in the mouth: hops, malts and then hops again as the mouth dries.
Good body strenght and depth of flavours from the first sip to the last.
