Very nice ESB. Served on tap at the pub in a shaker pint. Copper color liquid with a nice, creamy head. Aromas of toast and herbal, grassy hops. Nice smooth favors of toasted malts, with a tea like herbal finish. Smooth and warming.

My first ESB so didn't know what to expect. Found it to be more like an IPA, but with a more bitter finish (but a good bitter!). Was actually expecting a sharper bite!Balanced upfront with a good nose of malt and subtle hops. Nice color and a head that held up. Will be trying more bitters in the future.

Truly balanced, hoppy but not too much, slightly herbal and tame. Floral and fruity smell. Sampler on tap.
