Wild Creek's beers seem all named after women. Who can blame them?
This one is black, with no head but copper highlights when held up to the light. The smell is smoke and burnt caramel. The taste is chcolate and smoke; sweet but with a dry, woody finish. The mouthfeel is silky, with light carbonation. A nice balanced feel, really. The drinkability is good. The taste is perhaps a bit too roasted to make this a session beer, and hence the drinkability is limited. It is a nice accent beer, though (can I make that term up?) and would be a good paring with meat dishes.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
