Sampled at Wildcreek during a summer visit. Arrived like most of their beers, a cloudy light amber to golden color with a bubbly head that quickly fades. No lacing really to speak of.
The nose is very light. Not much to it. Some lighter malt with a hint of toffee/caramel. Some hints of yeast, but really there isn't much there.
The taste is more descriptive but still very light overall. The malt is basic with a light grainy but not very husky. Some light sweeter caramel and a bit of DMS but this is a bit light as there is a very watery feel to the beer. Some minor yeasty notes, rose-like mostly, but pretty clean. A very light citrus on the back end but the watery feel also hides this flavor.
The body is light with a super watery feel. Overall there just is not much to this beer to really describe except for watery. Maybe in the winter these beers are better, maybe not.
