Single-hopped with Falconers Flight, this saison is a bit tarter and brighter than our previous farmhouse ales. The yeast takes center stage since there is no additional spicing.

a: Clear gold color; served with no head.
s: Musty grains, sweetart candy like fruitiness, and a little something funky.
t: Odd combination of sweet and tart. Sweetart candy somes to mind. Grainy overall with some light artificial fruit flavor. The lactic tartness was reminiscent of a Berliner oddly enough.
m: Very heavy for a small saison.
