750ml corked and caged bottle into a snifter appears clouded orange with a white head thats quick to fade leaving spotty lace.
Nose is raw oak mostly with a spicy hint and touch of fruit/alcohol.
Taste is tart with heavy oak then gets buttery and lightly fruity. Like the nose, there is a spicy raw oak inclusion.
This is medium to fuller bodied and lightly carbonated. Its ok - not good, not terrible. No need to ever try it again though.
