Pours a clear, darker yellow color, minimal white head that fades to a white ring about the glass. Smell is lemonade, hint of wheat, touch of grass. Taste is lemon peel, small amounts of malt. Light and crisp feeling, refreshing. It is what they advertise, a light, crisp, refreshing shandy that works well during the hot months. Something I could certainly drink during a BBQ or other public event. Chuggable for those who are interested.

Got this in a pick-a-6 at the Woodbridge, VA Wegmans. Had a variety of their brews before and really liked them, but this was a definite miss. Maybe it was just sitting in the store display a long time, but there was no distinct smell at all, and had a taste of stale lemonade. After taste was even worse. I wouldn't try this one again, but I'd take a chance on other South Street creations.
