Draft offering at the source served in a snifter appears more of a brown color than reddish with a khaki cap that fades leaving spotty lace.
The aroma is tangy almost vinegar-like with some fruity undernotes.
It tastes sweet with cherry then sharp with some acidity and warming alcohol meets spicy oakiness.
This is medium in body with light carbonation. Its tart and boozy yet sweet too. A fine example of a flanders that I would love to have again.
