I had this on-tap at the Hopcat. Poured into a goblet.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy light amber with a orangish hue. There is a half finger of white head that fades to almost nothing.
Smell: Quite sweet, kind of reminds me of honey. There are also some floral and mild fruit notes. Not a lot of peach here.
Taste: Not as sweet as the smell, but still some honey in there. I can taste the peach here. A bit herbal with a bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with tingly carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: Nice and light. I enjoyed the peaches. I would have enjoyed some more herbal/spice notes to make it a bit more interesting.

Enjoyed at the brewpub,a peach saison. Perhaps if people knew more French, they would reconsider the names used Wierd and wacky, but drinkable with some interesting taste. Real peach, though tasted pulpy rather than peachy.Would like more complex taste.
