I keep trying to find a Baladin ale or a beer from other Italian crafters that I relish and can return to.
Also a one-timer, Lurisia is styled as a saison. It has the herbs/spicing but not the yeast. (A common problem among provincial cuisines that make great breads is their yeast-making doesn't interpret well to give beer character, say, like yeasts typically found in Belgian ales.)
To say something positive about Lurisia, it went well with pizza from an authentic Napolitano restaurant.
Try Lurisia that way. At least one of the two yeasts used in the meal will be great.

Goldeen color, almost orange looking, very delicious and a touch fruity.
