Pours dark brown, translucent, big dense head that settles slowly. Smell is smoke, nuts, fairly mild, some toasted bread. Taste is smoked, cooked nuts, wet grain. Some roast bitter, some earthiness. Nutty sweetness comes on slow. Mouthfeel is medium to light, smooth, almost a silky texture. Overall, not bad.
