Abbey ale from Sac Brew. They're expanding their taps to 12 and attempting to get 24 guest brews on tap. Good times. Served in a tulip.
A - Pours a brilliant golden-copper, with a half fingered head. Dissipates fast leaving a fine mead looking beverage.
S - Peach, pear, candi sugar, and pepper.
T - Peach, pepper, pears, with a residual sugary taste and some light alcohol.
M - Full mouthfeel, though not viscous, and not intended to be by the style.
D - Good for a belgian ale and you could session it despite the smell.
