Created by Sarah Irwin in honor of Women in homebrewing at the Rubicon.
A - Poured copper, with a 2 fingered orange-white head. Dissipated moderately and left beautiful lacing.
S - Caramel, citrus, and slight breadiness.
T - Caramel, citrus, breadiness, and light alcohol.
M - Balanced, but slightly thin, hop dominated, with light alcohol.
D - Overall pretty good. Reminds me of Rubicon IPA, but supersized. Could have finished slightly drier and maybe could have aged in secondary longer.
