On tap at the State Beer festival.

A - Poured a nice golden-blonde with 2 fingers of white colored head. Dissipated slow and left nice lacing.

S/T - Very simple in taste, honey, with belgian funks, and a moderate amount of spicy, bittering hops (saaz?).

M - Moderately bodied, well-balanced, but closer to hop dominated. There is a bitter aftertaste from moderate amounts of hops added to this beer.

D - This beer is very to style, but may be heavily hopped for the average consumer. While I appreciate the hops, others may not be fond of the spicy bitterness given from this brew. Overall, good though.
