A golden beer bursting with grapefruit, lemon, apple and rose characters.
Our Brewing Director John Bryan has been visiting the Slovenian hop fields regularly for more than 10 years now and is really excited about the varieties that Slovenian growers are producing. Dragon is one of the best of this new wave of Slovenian hops and our single hop cask aged beer displays its qualities to full effect.

Cask at Bath House, Cambridge, England
A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of tropical fruits are present in the nose - mangos stand out in particular - along with notes of peaches.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of mangos and peaches along with a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked the aromas and flavors of mangos and peaches in this beer. It was quite aromatic and flavorful for a single hop IPA.
