Cask. Sparkler used. Listed as a Golden Ale and indeed it is. Dense white head.
Smells like an old fashioned bitter. Fruity and earthy with a touch of malt.
Tastes the same.Toffee malt present. Well balanced.
Light to medium body. Cask carbonation with a light dry finish which makes it quite refreshing.
A good late spring brew.
