Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of residual sugar with some rustic malt ester and some fruity ester also noticeable. Taste is a mix of residuals sugar, light alcohol phenol with some cereal notes and some fruity ester. Body is full with good carbonation with light alcohol notes perceptible. A bit sweeter then IO was expecting but enjoyable nonetheless.
