S - booze, peat, chocolate, barrel.
T - boozy chocolate milkshake. Slight peat, liquid chocolate, oak, bitter char, vanilla, booze. Moderate bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. Moderate booziness.
F - medium-full body with below average carb.
O - scotch makes itself known, but the base beer dominates. This is great.
