On-tap at Hangar 24
A: The pour is a slightly cloudy golden orange color with a dense white head and sticky lacing.
S: A really nice hoppy nose on this beer. Plenty of citrus, and citrus peel--mostly oranges. Pine is there as well and there's a nice pale malt base to the beer. Light grass notes start to become apparent as the beer warms.
T: A mild maltiness, which is mostly bread and cracker type flavor. Like the nose, there's a really solid hop character. A lot of orange and grapefruit peel, floral, grass, and pine notes. Really nice level of bitterness as well.
M: Light to medium in body with a moderate carbonation.
O: At a little under 5%, this beer is one you could easily drink several of. Tons of flavor packed into this.

Sampled 4/2/2011 at the brewpub.
Pours hazy dark yellow, fluffy white head, decent retention, great lacing.
Aroma is pine, grass, and malt. Nice but subtle.
Flavor is very hoppy and enjoyable yet light and drinkable. Orange, lemon, grapefruit, and some pine on top of a (very) light malt backbone. Medium bitterness. Well done.
Body is very light. Great "patio beer", especially if you live in a place like Redlands and have to suffer 110 degree days through out the summer.
