Having a brewpub positioned at the gates of heaven (right before entering Zion National Park) is an advantageous spot.
And having this O-fest before I entered heaven must make for a good experience. Hence, a generous review.
This is a pretty amber, clear with a modest, thin foam. The Smells also are modestly made of mostly malt. However the Taste is balanced well by just enough hops so it finishes semi-dry and the bubbles clean my palate for dinner.
I review Zion Brew Pub as a Place. So, there is need to repeat other than to say: the setting is the best.
