Beer No. 1 is Cherry Tart: a brown ale brewed with six different specialty malts, soured in the mash and aged on tart cherries post fermentation creating this layered sour that’s hard to brew and easy to crush.

Served in 4oz snifter. Poured a nice reddish brown color with just a thin cap of tan head. The scent had a low presence of both cherries and tartness. Same on the tongue, not as fruity, or as tart as I would have liked to have seen. The body was light-medium. Drinkability was good. Overall, a nice brew, but I'm probably not going to bit on the $9 12oz pour, let alone the $12 pint. This $4 4ozer will probably be it for me. YMMV.

Had 3x times now at 10 Barrel Boise... Surprised There is no review yet.
Pours a slightly hazed amber with a bit of red pushing through.
Nose is big fruitiness with cherry essence.. not too over the top and never verging on the big Acetic territory.
Flavor is plenty sour... good cherry presence... good sweet/sour balance... perhaps a bit tannic.
Body is a little thicker than I would like for a standard Flanders... but everything else is spot-on.
