Contract brewed for Dr. Dremos Taphouse.
Cloudy, yellowee, foamee.
I smell, a little banana, yeast and maybe pepper.
I have to say I did not expect much from this as I am not a huge fan of the fruit beers. I actually like it, the fruitiness is more of a hint than a sickening sweetness. Subtle strawberry, nice.
Lots of carbonation, not overly sweet.
A drinkable oddity.

Contract brewed for, and only served at, Dr. Dremo's. Touted on the chalk board as a "Native American beer brewed with corn and strawberries."

Appearance: Cloudy lemmin yellow topped by an explosive white head. No real retention or lacing to speak of.

Smell: Peppery, banana esters, and yeast with a faint trace of strawberry.

Taste: An initial sweet flavor of unknown provenance (suspect it might be the corn) that gives way to banana/strawberry tastes on the finish.

Mouthfeel: Very light bodied. Well carbonated, very crisp and refreshing.

Drinkability: I was expecting this to suck royally. It's actually a nice weird little beer. I think mah woman might like this. Probably the best beer of the Dr. Dremo line I've had. Having a few wouldn't be a bad thing.
